The Economy Inn, Indio is owned and operated as an independent hotel by Caramel Properties Inc. The sole purpose of Caramel Properties Inc. is to achieve success through building lasting relationships with our community and a strong guest satisfaction philosophy. Every business wants success but success can be achieved different ways, we at Caramel Properties, Inc. want to build our success through hard work and dedication. We have achieved that, but there is much more we can do!

The Economy Inn, Indio has just got through a complete renovation so we can commit ourselves to our own guest satisfaction philosophy. We took this philosophy to heart when renovating our hotel by asking our own guest what they would like to see us construct. The results where staggering, but impressive. We have gone ahead and provided our guests with comfortable Serta beds, state of the art king size rooms, and beautiful architecture. This is just to name some of the work we have completed. We have done much more!

Being an independent hotel we can provide our guests a 4 star stay at 2 star prices. We have also taken upon ourselves to commit to our community through various city programs and organizations. We would like to have a say in what our community is doing today and for the future! This is one the reasons we have implemented the Economy Go Green Program and have a 3 leaf rating by Green Suites.

We may be a small company but we have a big vision! We understand that if we keep our goals and philosophy close in hand we can do wonders. This is why we have taken an eco-friendly approach to our management practices while not compromising our hotel standards and comfort.
