Hotel Policies
How far in advance may I make a booking?

• Rooms may be booked within a 12-month period from today.
• If you would like to book a room, please contact the hotel at 760-775-2229. Please take note that for booking within 72 hours of arrival, the cancellation/ change policy is fully in effect.

Which type of credit cards can I use for room reservations?
You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Are there additional parking fees when I stay at the hotel?
Hotel guests are entitled to complimentary self at door parking during their stay.

Can I make special requests during my stay?
Yes. You can make special requests for your room. However, all requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability and may be of additional fees.

Will there be any special offers?

Am I allowed to make modifications or cancel my booking?
Yes. If you have made your reservation via the phone or email, please call the Economy Inn, Indio at 760-775-2229. For all cancellations and changes, please inform us 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation/change fee.

Is there a cancellation/change policy?
Yes. For all cancellations and changes, please inform us 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation/change fee. If you fail to do so you will be charged 100% of the first nights stay.

Can I have someone to pay for my booking?
Yes, you can process the payment via a third party payment method. Please call Hotel and request form via e-mail.

Do I have to be the credit card holder in order to check in at the hotel?
The credit cardholder is not required to be present on check-in. If the credit card holder is not one of the Hotel Guests, he or she can pay for the booking via third party payment. The credit cardholder must complete and fax a third party authorization form available via e-mail. Please contact hotel and request form via e-mail.

Do all prices quoted include City Tax?
No, a 10% City Tax is additional to all prices quoted.

• Permission must be obtained by hotel before use of Hotels Trade name or Marks. Covering our brand logo is prohibited unless written request is approved by ownership.
